Have you ever owned this breed before? Do you understand their needs? If you understand their unique needs, what are those needs?

How many of what pets do you own and how long have you owned them for? Are they spayed/neutered? How will they handle a new puppy?

Tell us about your home & how it is prepared for a new puppy.

Do you work outside the home? If so how long will the puppy be left alone?

How are you prepared to care for & train a new puppy? Do you understand the 3, 3, 3 rule of a new pet? If so what is it?

How will you exercise your puppy/dog? What do you normally feed them?

Will you agree to proper veterinary care? Financially prepared for the costs associated with owning a dog?

If something were to unfortunately happen in your life that would prevent you from further caring for your puppy/dog, would you be agreeable to return them to use immediately?
